At Calm Soul Studio, you are guided by Dr. Danielle Nicole and Jaleesa—two certified yoga teachers who bring advanced education, compassionate leadership, and a genuine passion for whole-person wellness into every experience.
We have personally witnessed the powerful impact yoga can have on the body, mind, and spirit, and we created this space to share that healing with other women. Our work goes beyond physical movement.
We offer a welcoming sanctuary where you can regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, release what you have been carrying, and experience the peace, softness, and restoration you deserve.
